这版把 Reform Kill-Path 从矩阵升级成可点击电路。选择一项改革，电流从行政部门出发，经过联盟、委员会、预算、法院、媒体/讲坛等闸门；遇到 kill gate 时，电路熄灭，改革不再以原形通过。

点击一项改革。绿色表示通过，黄色表示摩擦/稀释，红色表示阻断。红色之后的电路变暗，因为改革在那个关口已经失去原形。
